Over 10 years ago I began to lose my hair. For a woman that is terrible. For a long time I did not know what to do, I did not know the alternatives, so various years passed before I took action on my problem. Not knowing any other alternatives, I went to a company that offered to replace my hair without surgery and with apparently a plan that I could afford. But how wrong was I. Not only they made me paid thousands of dollars for hair that supposedly was designed for me, but they offered me a plan that seemed to be reasonable. Neither the plan was reasonable, or the hair was exclusive for me. They put me hair that made me look like a broom. But when I tried to claim the issue, after they told me that my satisfaction was guaranteed, they assumed an attitude that went from ignoring me to making me feel unwelcome. They wanted me to make a monthly payment that was a lot more than the original offer and with a service that made me fill even worse and insecure. Not only that but also they abused the confidence that I gave upon them by signing for a plan that pretended to be something that it wasn't. They continued charging my card and even though I claimed the issue they continued doing it even though I was not receiving any service. One day my son told me about a place where they offered the same service. That day I met Kim and that same day for the first time in a long time I smiled again. Not only did she repair my hair situation but she took the correct measure for my new hair. When my hair arrived I couldn't believe it. I looked like another person. Kim is a charming person that works with you and for you. She knows what makes you look good and she pleases you beyond any expectation. She is honest, charming and very professional. She makes you feel at home. If you, like me, have the same problem don't hesitate and come see her, without any reserve. If you are seeking to recover your self-esteem and your smile again Kim is the person. She will help you to seek the alternatives that you can afford and that agrees with you.
